Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Bella (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using Bella on behalf of a veterinary practice or business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Bella is operated by Nudgr Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our service is available at bella.vet.

Bella is a SaaS platform that connects to veterinary practice management software (including ezyVet and others) to provide patient retention intelligence, at-risk scoring, vaccine compliance tracking, automated recall sequences, and related analytics for veterinary practice operators.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@bella.vet if you suspect unauthorised access.

Bella offers a free tier and paid Pro and Enterprise plans. Free tier features are provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Your data: You retain ownership of all data you bring into Bella from your practice management software. We do not sell your data or your patients’ data to third parties.

Patient data: By connecting your practice management software to Bella, you confirm that your use of patient contact information for recall and retention communications is consistent with your client agreements, consent on file, and applicable law including the New Zealand Health Information Privacy Code and applicable Australian and Canadian privacy legislation.

Our use: We use your data solely to provide the Bella service, including generating patient risk scores, sending recall sequences on your behalf, and producing practice analytics.

You agree not to:

• Use Bella to send unsolicited communications to clients who have opted out
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Bella platform
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use Bella as a substitute for clinical judgment — Bella provides administrative and retention intelligence only, not clinical advice

Bella’s automated winback and recall sequences send communications to your practice clients on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring client consent is on file for such communications. You can disable automated sequences at any time from your settings.

Bella is an administrative and business intelligence tool. It does not provide veterinary clinical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Vaccine compliance tracking and patient risk scoring are based on administrative data and should not replace clinical judgment.

Bella connects to third-party platforms (ezyVet, etc.) using credentials you provide. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or changes to those third-party platforms. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect those platforms to Bella.

Bella and its technology, design, and content are owned by Nudgr Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service during your subscription. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nudgr Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that patient retention outcomes will meet your expectations.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@bella.vet. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
